Abbey Allergy Protection Nose Gel Spray, 20 ml

Abtei Allergy Protection Nasal Gel Spray is a medical device used to prevent and relieve allergy symptoms such as sneezing, a runny nose, itchy eyes and a blocked nose.  It works by forming a microfine gel barrier inside the nose, which traps allergens such as pollen, house dust mites and animal dander and prevents them from penetrating the nasal mucosa.

Flower pollen, grass pollen, house dust or animal dander can make everyday life difficult for allergy sufferers. For those with allergies, anti-allergy nasal sprays can provide relief, for example in the case of hay fever. Our Abtei Allergy Protection works within three minutes by forming an innovative gel film on the nasal mucosa that acts as a barrier against allergens. In addition, the nasal spray boosts the self-cleansing properties of the nasal mucosa, thereby helping to flush out pollen. 

Use Abtei Allergy Protection preventatively as a nasal spray for hay fever, pet hair or house dust mite allergies to relieve symptoms such as sneezing, a blocked, runny or irritated nose, and itchy eyes. You can also use the nasal gel spray as a complementary treatment if you are already taking medication to treat allergic reactions.

Abtei Allergy Protection uses a patented technology called Nasya™: through the combination of oils and emulsifiers, the gel becomes liquid when shaken and can therefore be easily atomised. On contact with the mucous membranes, it solidifies again, forming a micro-gel barrier that is largely impermeable to allergens.

Directions for use

At the first signs of an allergic reaction, administer 1–2 sprays into each nostril 2 to 3 times a day. Allow 6 hours between applications.

1. Shake the spray 4 times whilst holding it upright and 4 times upside down 
2. Press the pump once before the first use 
3. Spray 1–2 sprays into each nostril

Notes: Use the spray only as directed. For adults and children aged 12 and over. Suitable for athletes, pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers.
