How to use

• For a full bath, add 15-20 ml to the bath water at approx. 37 °C. Recommended bathing time 15 minutes. 100 ml is sufficient for 5 to 6 full baths. A rest period is recommended after the bath. Add a few drops to the water for washing.
• Tip: After the bath, apply ARYA LAYA body oil or body lotion to slightly damp skin.
• The herbal bath can also be used as a sauna infusion: Add max. 1 tablespoon to approx. 5 litres of scooping water. Please do not use undiluted on the stones! The relaxing and balancing effect also makes for an ideal start to the day: use in the morning as a bath or in the shower. When showering, apply a few drops to a flannel and spread over the body. Also suitable as a foot bath or bubble bath.
