How does the Pain amp; Arthritis Gel work?
The main effect is based on an alcohol-water complex that evaporates quickly after application. This draws heat away from the skin - creating a conductive cooling effect that relieves pain and soothes overheated joints.
Additional support:
- Menthol amp; camphor → intensify the cooling sensation of pain (counter-irritant effect)
- Cannabidiol (CBD) → can have an anti-inflammatory effect and modulate pain processing
CBD acts via the cannabinoid receptors (CB1 amp; CB2), which are involved in inflammatory and pain processes

Application amp; Dosage
- Apply several times a day to the affected area and massage in gently
- Recommended quantity:
o Wrist / elbow: approx. the size of a pea (0.25 g)
o Knee / foot / ankle: approx. 2 peas (0.5 g)
- Duration of application: up to 30 days, then 3-5 days break
