The effect of the natural substances
Cranberries are rich in vitamin C, iron, antioxidants and proanthocyanidin (PAC). PACs can help to keep the urinary tract healthy by preventing the main cause, E. coli bacteria, from adhering to the mucous membranes of the urinary tract. This naturally also helps with acute cystitis.
