Supplies essential fatty acids and regulates the metabolism

Evening primrose oil (Oenothera biennis L.) provides high levels of the polyunsaturated omega-6 fatty acids linoleic acid and over 9% of the important gamma linolenic acid (GLA). Both fatty acids perform many important functions in the human metabolism, and the addition of natural vitamin E helps to protect the cells from oxidative stress.

Ingredients: Evening primrose oil, gelatine (capsule shell), humectant: glycerine, vitamin E (D-a-tocopherol).
