ALLERGIKA® Evening Primrose Oil Cream 20% MED is a medical product with 20% evening primrose oil for the treatment of dry eczema on localised areas (atopic eczema (neurodermatitis), irritant eczema, contact allergic eczema).

ALLERGIKA® Evening Primrose Oil Cream 20% MED is an approved medical product for the treatment of dry eczema on hands, elbows, legs, feet and localised dry areas of the body. It is particularly suitable for atopic eczema (neurodermatitis), irritant eczema and contact allergic eczema.

Clinical studies prove the effectiveness of the cream within 30 days: it reduces redness, scaling, skin dryness and itching. The formulation contains 20% natural evening primrose oil, which strengthens the skin barrier and prevents itching and inflammation. A special water-in-oil formulation with a lipid content of 41% regenerates the damaged skin barrier. In addition, 5% glycerine provides intensive moisturisation and supports the regeneration of the skin.

ALLERGIKA® Evening Primrose Oil Cream 20% MED is suitable for the most sensitive skin and has been dermatologically and allergologically clinically tested on atopic skin. In an open, multi-centre clinical study with 100 babies and children with atopic eczema (AE), significant improvements were seen in 77% of moderate and severe eczema after 30 days.

The cream is free from fragrances, colourings and preservatives, parabens, natural allergens and the 328 most common allergenic substances listed by the German Contact Allergy Group (DKG). It is recommended by dermatologists and can be applied selectively to areas of the body affected by eczema.

How to use

Apply a thin layer of the cream to the affected areas of skin on the hands, arms, legs and body several times a day with clean fingers and massage in gently. In the eye area, please use ALLERGIKA® Eyelid Cream MED. For the facial area, you can use ALLERGIKA® Face Cream MED. Do not use on weeping eczema. Do not use if you are allergic or intolerant to any of the ingredients. Follow the package leaflet.
